Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

tendme ("we," "our," "us") provides a massage and pain relief guide app for iOS. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address (Apple lets you use a private relay address instead of your real one).
  • Usage data. We collect basic in-app analytics, such as which screens you open and which features you use, to understand what's useful and fix what's broken.
  • Diagnostic data. If the app crashes or errors, we automatically collect crash reports and device information (device model, OS version) to fix the issue.
  • Purchase information. If you subscribe, our payment processor handles your payment details directly. We never see or store your card information, and we receive confirmation of your subscription status only.

How we use your information

We use the information above to operate the app, keep your account and preferences in sync across devices, diagnose and fix bugs, understand how the app is used so we can improve it, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on the following services:

  • Supabase: stores your account and app data.
  • Apple (Sign in with Apple): handles authentication.
  • Mixpanel: in-app usage analytics.
  • Sentry: crash and error reporting.
  • RevenueCat: subscription and purchase management.
  • Google Sign-In: an alternate way to authenticate, if you choose it over Sign in with Apple.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below. We'll delete it within 30 days, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

Children's privacy

tendme is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
