Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of tendme ("we," "our," "us"), a massage and pain relief guide app for iOS. By using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use tendme

You must be 18 or older to use tendme.

Your device profile

New users do not need a Tendme account. Care history and preferences stay on your device and do not sync between devices. Restoring purchases restores membership, not care history. Existing signed-in users remain responsible for keeping their account secure.

Not medical advice

tendme provides general information about massage and pain relief techniques for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Talk to a doctor or physical therapist about any pain, injury, or medical condition before trying a new technique, especially if you are pregnant, recently injured, or managing a chronic condition. Use techniques at your own risk, and stop immediately if something hurts.

Subscriptions and payments

Access after onboarding requires a monthly or annual subscription, billed and managed through your Apple Account. Eligible annual subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial; the purchase screen shows current pricing and eligibility. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies, not by us directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use tendme to do anything illegal, try to break or reverse engineer the app, or interfere with other users' access to it.

Erasing data or ending an existing account

You can erase local care data in You > Settings > Profile. Existing signed-in users can delete their account there or contact us for help. Neither erasing data nor deleting an account cancels an Apple subscription. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

tendme is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any injury, damage, or loss that comes from using techniques described in the app.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
